In addition to his market knowledge, Glen helped us navigate through times where the market changed greatly. The challenge for this sale was that we are all located on the other side of the country. Where I believe the real distinction lies is in the additional services Glen provided.

Here are just a few of the “extras” that made a real difference. Glen was able to assist us in finding people and organizations to donate furniture and personal items to, rather than them ending up in the trash. He then arranged for either pick up or delivery of those items to people in need. Glen also assisted in finding a local painter, then facilitated the painting itself. Glen checked in on the home frequently and was also able to do small tasks for us like returning the internet/cable box. Once the sale was complete, Glen had the entire house professionally cleaned and also mailed back a few pieces of equipment we used for remote monitoring. All of these services were offered quickly and with a smile.
